On the road at last

New Horizons is en route to Pluto - operating as expected, on a trajectory that gets it to the distant planet at the earliest possible arrival date. With mission focus shifted from the launch pad at Cape Canaveral to the Mission Operations Center at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, New Horizons Principal Investigator Alan Stern covers some of the upcoming activities in his latest "PI Perspective" column.
